The women's football team of SL Benfica traveled to Estádio Municipal de Almeirim in matchday 4 of the Women's 2nd Division National Championship Group D. The team led by Marques scored 28 goals, did not concede any and are the best attack, with 85 goals… in the top spot of the league table.

Against FC Almeirim the coach started the match with Dani Neuhaus; Daiane, Ana Alice, Tita (Beatriz Cameirão), Diva Meira (Inês Queiroga); Pauleta, Patrícia Llanos, Maiara (Andreia Faria); Jassie, Evy and Geyse.

Sixe goals from Geyse, another six from Jassie, five from Evy, two from the U-19 player Beatriz Cameirão, two from Maiara, two from Pauleta, two from Daiane, two from Andreia Faria and one from Patrícia Llanos delighted the many hundreds of fans in the stands.

The women´s football has 12 points, tops the table and, in matchday 5, on October 28, hosts Sporting B.
