Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that it has reached an agreement with FC Barcelona for the loan of the central defender Jean-Clair Todibo. The loan contract is valid until the end of the 2020/21 season.

Todibo's transfer process will now follow the usual procedures, with the French Under-20 international expected in Lisbon on Tuesday to complete the necessary formalities to complete the deal.

Todibo (20 year and 1,90 m high) graduated from the French side of Toulouse and move to Barcelona in January 2019. He carried out five official matches with the Catalonian club and ten with Schalke 04, the German club who signed the player on loan in January 2020.
