Nemanja Radonjic, 25-year-old midfielder/winger, has joined Benfica on loan from Marseille. Officially presented, the Serbian international pointed to the goals and did not hide his satisfaction for wearing the Sacred Mantle.

He was announced as a SL Benfica new signing on August 22 and was officially presented this Friday.

"It is a spectacular feeling! I feel very happy to be at Benfica. I have already spoken with my manager and I am very happy to be in this club", he said to BTV.


The 25-year-old Serbian winger, who arrives at Luz on loan from Marseille until June 2022, lived an emotional day this Friday.... He visited the Museum Benfica – Cosme Damião with Luisão being the host, a very special moment.

"I loved seeing all the cups and all the trophies. I really liked the elevator too", revealed the player born in Nis.


Challenged to describe himself as a player, the Serbian international was clear.

"I am a player who likes to dribble, assist and score goals", claimed Nemanja.

Regarding the group that he will join, Nemanja praises the coach of the Eagles and points to goals.

"Jorge Jesus is one of the best coaches, he has won several titles where he has been, both in Brazil and in Portugal. He is a great coach", he said.


Looking ahead and making a point of leaving a message to the Benfiquista fans...

"I will do whatever the coach asks of me to help the team win titles. I will give my best for Benfica. I am very happy to be here and I will give everything to live up to the expectations", he finished.
