History was made! Casa Benfica Loures beat SC Braga, 1-3, in Nazaré, and won, this Sunday, the Euro Winners Cup in beach soccer. 

To reach the ultimate title match, the Club's branch started by winning Group C, eliminating the teams of Spartak Varna (2-10), BSC Nistru (4-3) and Recreativo de Huelva (3-4).

This was followed by the round of 16, with victory over Pisa Beach Soccer (1-3); in the quarterfinals, a victory over Levante UD (3-2); and in the semi-finals, CB Loures left behind the Israelis of Falfala BSC (5-3).
