"We pressed very high and that’s where our defense started"

"It was a fantastic game, and we deserved the draw. The game was hard, but open and we demonstrated that we can equal these teams on their level. We’ll fight in every match, and we got to go on like this. We pressed very high and that’s where our defense started. Now we have seven points and that’s something good. We are playing a fantastic football and the atmosphere created by the fans at the Stadium was tremendous. I congratulate the entire team."

"We knew how to face an European giant"

"It was a very good game from the team. We started well and created two or three goal chances, but PSG has quality players. Messi scored first, and then we managed to score the equalizer. On the second half we suffered a little bit, but we knew how to face a European giant. We keep fighting for the 1st place [in Group H]and we go to Paris [Matchday 4] with the same ambition."

"We had chances to win"

"We never think about the draw, it doesn’t exist at Benfica. We always play to win and that was crystal clear. We had chances to win the match. We have to keep working. I think that any team from this group can beat the other. We are tied [with PSG] in the leadership and we are the strongest teams so far, but there are 3 games left to play."
