Captain Rafael Quintas lifts the European Championship trophy
Daniel Banjaqui, Mauro Furtado, José Neto, Rafael Quintas, Stevan Manuel, and Anísio Cabral were starters in the tournament final.
Midfielder Rafael Quintas, who lifted the trophy as captain, was voted the tournament's Most Valuable Player.
