Youth Football
Benfica is cooperating with the Mango Football project and, between January 9 to 11, 22 players and 22 staff members experienced the work developed at Benfica Campus, complying with the Club's youth football training routines. The goal? To give young people the opportunity to have a football experience, and for this, sharing the same "mentality, process, passion, history, and the good players it has produced" were crucial in choosing Benfica as its first partner club, as Graham Barber, director of Mango Football, explained. Participants Pablo Rombín, Flynn Urmston, David Tiscar and Roman Romero told BTV, that this was "a once in a lifetime opportunity".
