Sport Lisboa e Benfica and AEK Athens lock horns on Wednesday, in the last match from Group E of the Champions League. Both squads have their destiny set, however, there is still a lot at stake.

In the preview Press Conference, the coach Marinos Ouzounidis reinforced that his team wants to take the three points to Greece.

“We must be aware and learn from previous experiences. We want a good result and it is not just the money and the financial issue because the prestige and the morale of our player is at stake. The result in Athens was unfair. It was a lesson for me and for my players and tomorrow [Wednesday], on the pitch, we must keep calm and with determination, try to get a good result against Benfica, which is a strong and quality opponent”, he claimed.

On the other hand, the Argentinean forward Lucas Boyé reinforced the coach's words and launched the objective of the Greek team: “We want to make a good game and to win to end our participation in the competition in the best way.”

After the press conference, AEK carried out an adaptation training session at Estádio da Luz, with the first 15 minutes open to the Press.

AEK sits 4th in the Greek Superleague, was eliminated from the Champions League and is in the top spot from Group B of the Greek Cup. The Greeks lost by 2-3 in Athens against Benfica and have not amassed any point in Group E of the competition.
